Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Digital Campaigns Executive to drive multi-channel campaigns for OnTheMarket in London. You will work with the New Homes sales team, agencies, and partners to deliver timely, data-informed communications to consumers and agents.

You will build compelling creative, test for brand consistency, and analyse results to drive improvements, while collaborating with marketing and IT teams to broaden campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 12 months relevant marketing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong presentation skills with Canva (or similar) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to produce reports/presentations.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and website metrics beneficial.
• Results-driven, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Work with New Homes sales to deliver campaigns via email and SMS.
• Extract data from platforms and merge with creative for timely communications.
• Build and test creative for brand standards and device-optimised delivery.
• Send targeted communications to consumers and agents using broadcast platform.
• Collaborate with sales to keep informed of activity, results and timelines.
• Liaise with agencies, estate agents and developers on campaign status and queries.
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Collate and record results accurately.
• Analyse results and recommend improvements to performance.
• Grow and learn other skills within the marketing team.
