CoStar Group is seeking a Digital Campaigns Executive for OnTheMarket in London to join a busy marketing team. You will deliver email and SMS campaigns to customers, merge data with engaging creative, and ensure timely communications across devices.

Collaborating with sales, agencies, and partners, you will optimise campaigns, track results, and contribute to ongoing improvements while supporting a high-performing marketing operation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Marketing exposure with campaigns experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for creative assets and reports.
• Experience with analytics tools and website metrics is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver campaigns to customers via email and SMS with the New Homes sales team.
• Extract data and merge with creative to ensure timely communications.
• Build and test creative aligned with brand standards for mobile and desktop.
• Send targeted communications using our email broadcast platform.
• Collaborate with sales to keep activity, results and timelines informed.
• Coordinate with agencies and developers on campaign status and queries.
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines and accurately record results.
• Analyze outcomes and recommend performance improvements.
