The Recruitment Group is recruiting a Digital Campaign Executive to join its marketing team in the UK. You will own global email campaigns, marketing automation and lead nurturing within a B2B environment, collaborating with Sales, Product and Marketing to drive results.

With 2+ years in email marketing or campaign management, you’ll bring strong analytics, copywriting and project management skills, plus GDPR-compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in email marketing, campaign management or marketing automation.
• B2B marketing experience.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• GDPR compliance and data handling knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and project management.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take ownership of global email campaigns, marketing automation and lead nurturing within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and deliver global email campaigns.
• Manage campaign calendars and multiple deadlines.
• Create automated journeys and nurture campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance, KPIs and A/B testing.
• Manage customer data in line with GDPR.
• Produce reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
• Support events and post-event lead generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and automation.

About You

• 2+ years' experience in email marketing, campaign management or marketing automation.
• B2B marketing experience.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, copywriting and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of GDPR and lead nurturing.
• International/multi-language campaign experience is desirable.
