Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a well-known brand to recruit for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive. This is a hands-on role where you will be working on digital marketing activity across email campaigns, social media, content creation and paid advertising.

If you thrive in a small, collaborative team and have experience in B2B sectors, this role will give you plenty of space to make an impact. It’s a hybrid role with two days per week in the Kenilworth area office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing experience across email, CRM, websites, paid ads and social campaigns.
• Able to drive leads, engagement and brand awareness through practical digital execution.
• Writes clear, on-brand content for email, web, social and ads.
• Experience in B2B environments.
• Familiar with GDPR and data best practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the promotion and delivery of digital marketing activity across channels to drive leads, engagement and brand awareness.
• Take ownership of day-to-day digital delivery, email builds, website updates, landing pages and performance tracking.
• Create and schedule email campaigns, support CRM segmentation and automation, and ensure all digital content is accurate and on-brand.
• Manage organic social media activity and support paid advertising across platforms like LinkedIn and Google, tracking performance.
• Work with the Marketing Manager on reporting, campaign performance and channel performance metrics.

Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a well-known brand to recruit for a experienced Digital Marketing Executive.

This is a hands-on role where you will be working on digital marketing activity across email campaigns, social media, content creation and paid advertising.

If you thrive in a small, collaborative team, enjoy creating clear, on‑brand content and have experience in B2B sectors, this role will give you plenty of space to make an impact.

It’s a hybrid role, where you must be able to travel into the office near to Kenilworth 2 days per week.

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:

• Support the promotion and delivery of digital marketing activity across multiple sectors, using channels such as email, website, social media and CRM to drive leads, engagement and brand awareness
• Take ownership of day‑to‑day digital delivery, email builds, website updates, landing pages, content checks and performance tracking
• Create and schedule email campaigns, support CRM segmentation and automation, and make sure all digital content is accurate, compliant and on‑brand
• Manage organic social media activity and support paid advertising across platforms like LinkedIn and Google, tracking performance and helping improve ROI
• Work with the Marketing Manager on reporting, campaign performance and channel performance metrics
• Maintain a strong understanding of the organisation’s services, customer groups and commercial goals to ensure digital activity supports both retention and new business

Skills & experience required.

• Brings solid, hands‑on digital marketing experience, with confidence across email, CRM, websites, paid ads, social and campaign delivery
• Knows how to drive leads, engagement and brand awareness through practical, high-quality digital execution
• Writes clear, accurate, on‑brand content for email, web, social and ads, and communicates priorities and progress confidently
• Comfortable in B2B environments
• Skilled with tools like Mailchimp/Salesforce/HubSpot, WordPress/Drupal, Hootsuite/Sprout, Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads and Canva/Adobe, with a good grasp of GDPR and data best practice
• Salary of up to £32,000
• Hybrid opportunity – 2 days per week in the office.
• 37 hours per week, 08.45 – 17.15 Monday to Thursday. 08.45 – 16.15 Friday
