Job summary

Stonegate Group, the UK's largest operator of pubs, bars and venues, is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT. You will define requirements, capture processes, and support UAT while collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure value delivery.

The role involves working across IT & Digital Transformation, with travel to the Head Office in Monkspath every two weeks and a requirement to live within a reasonable commute of Solihull.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ BA experience.
• Understanding of lifecycle and delivery processes.
• Experience supporting UAT, documentation and delivery.
• Confidence in data mapping and process modelling workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Organisational skills and proactive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition of project requirements, scope and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Capture, analyse and document business requirements and create end-to-end process models (As-Is / To-Be).
• Conduct peer reviews with wider BA team.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and develop supporting user documentation for solution deployment.
• Work with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party suppliers.
• Represent the BA function in meetings, workshops and project forums.
