Greene King, the country''s leading pub company and brewer, is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to shape its digital future by analysing business needs and translating them into innovative solutions that enhance the pub experience.

You will lead analysis for digital projects, gather requirements from diverse stakeholders, and collaborate with product teams and vendors to deliver world-class solutions in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in business analysis within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with customer rewards/discount schemes and loyalty programmes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather and validate requirements from stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
• Own and document requirements, processes, including as-is and to-be states.
• Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to deliver world-class solutions.
• Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery.
