Job summary

Greene King, the country's leading pub company and brewer, is recruiting a Digital Business Analyst on a fixed-term contract until May 2028. You will shape Greene King's digital future by analysing business needs and translating them into innovative solutions for our loyalty initiatives.

You'll gather requirements from stakeholders, document processes, and collaborate with product teams and vendors to deliver world-class digital products that enhance the pub experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analysis for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Capture and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
• Own and document requirements, business and system processes, incl. as-is and to-be states.
• Collaborate with product teams and vendors to deliver world-class solutions.
• Build relationships across IT and business to enable successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and improvement initiatives from start to end.
• Gather and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders using best practices.
• Own and document requirements and processes with both non-functional needs.
• Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to deliver solutions.
• Build strong relationships across IT and business for successful delivery.
