Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in studio/asset coordination or related roles in a creative/ecommerce environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end flow of digital assets across servers, workflows and the DAM platform.
• Process, verify and deliver assets for B2B and B2C channels with proper naming, metadata and folders.
• Apply strict quality control to imagery before release with internal and external collaborators.
• Act as first point of contact for image requests and distribute assets efficiently.
• Develop understanding of studio workflow, filing systems and asset management processes.
• Coordinate with external retouching suppliers on workloads and delivery schedules.
• Support outsourced ecommerce asset production and supplier relationships.
• Assist in researching and improving DAM systems and workflows.
• Create and monitor production trackers, asset schedules and weekly stakeholder reports.
• Ensure assets are archived in server and DAM systems with clear organization.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce and Marketing to promote asset management best practices.
• Run Photoshop automation scripts to prepare final imagery for delivery.
