Job summary

Harrods in Shoreditch seeks a Content Production Coordinator to coordinate brand assets and content production workflows across Production, Copy and Post-Production teams. You will ensure copy and imagery are delivered on time, aligned to brand guidelines and integrated into seasonal campaigns.

The role requires strong organisational skills, proactivity and excellent communication with internal teams and external brand partners. Excel/Data tasks and process improvement are important to success.

Qualifications

• Methodical and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating brand assets and content production workflows.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new brand partners and outline content requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of copy, imagery and supporting materials.
• Manage seasonal requests for brand imagery and assets within deadlines.
• Act as main contact for internal teams and external brand partners.
• Collaborate with Production, Copy, Post-Production and Digital teams to keep workflows efficient.
• Maintain data management to support weekly reporting and asset management.
• Lead vendor production updates in team meetings.
• Coordinate resolution of online product errors and oversee Brand Page Production.
