Studio Coordinator | North West London | Up to £32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Working pattern: Studio-based, five days per week

We're working with a fast-growing, product-led business looking to appoint an organised and proactive Studio Coordinator to join its in-house marketing and content team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a busy, high-volume creative studio, working closely with two in-house photographers to deliver high-quality e-commerce and creative content.

You'll take ownership of the studio's day-to-day operations, coordinating workflows, managing shoot schedules and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a consistently high standard. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to creative processes and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As Studio Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of studio operations, ensuring people, products and projects are organised effectively to support the delivery of outstanding creative content.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the end-to-end studio workflow, ensuring projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating and scheduling shoots, managing the studio calendar and production critical path.
  • Working closely with two in-house photographers to plan and deliver content efficiently.
  • Managing product samples, stock tracking and asset accountability throughout the production process.
  • Liaising with internal teams, including buying, merchandising and marketing, to align priorities and manage content requirements.
  • Coordinating image workflows with external retouching agencies, ensuring assets are delivered to the required standards.
  • Maintaining accurate file structures, version control and asset delivery processes.
  • Booking models and freelancers, supporting casting and coordinating shoot requirements.
  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with production cost tracking.
  • Monitoring studio KPIs, including output, turnaround times and overall performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes and increase studio efficiency.
  • Sourcing props, garments and other creative materials required for shoots.
About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-moving creative environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • At least two years' experience in a studio, creative production or similar environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • A hands-on, team-oriented attitude and a genuine willingness to get involved.
  • A good understanding of creative production processes and studio workflows.
  • Commercial awareness and experience working towards deadlines, targets and performance measures.
  • A strong eye for product presentation, fashion and visual consistency.
  • Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a busy in-house studio producing a varied range of e-commerce and creative content, including still life, model and video shoots.

You'll play an integral role in shaping the way the studio operates, bringing structure and efficiency to the production process while working alongside a creative team committed to delivering high-quality content.

If you're an organised, driven individual who enjoys the balance of creative production and operational coordination, we'd love to hear from you.
