LONDON – HYBRID (2 DAYS IN OFFICE, 3 DAYS WFH)

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest global health & beauty retailers, driving customer journey insights and digital performance using GA4 and data visualization tools.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Analyst, you will:

• Analyze onsite customer journeys, website performance, and transactions.
• Leverage GA4 for auditing, implementation, and reporting.
• Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital experiences.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To excel in this role, you should have:

• GA4 expertise – implementation, auditing, and analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• A commercial mindset with an interest in eCommerce and retail.
• Retail or eCommerce background.
• Experience with app analytics and digital channels.
