Qualifications

  • Experience translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse website performance and user behaviour using GA4.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation programmes through data analysis and insight generation.
  • Evaluate test outcomes and provide recommendations to improve website performance.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities across digital customer journeys.
  • Query and manipulate data using SQL and BigQuery.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with digital, marketing, and product teams to support business objectives.
  • Utilise modern analytics and AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity.

The Role

You will support the web analytics and conversion rate optimisation function, helping stakeholders understand website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyse website performance and user behaviour using GA4

Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4
  • Commercial experience within web analytics or a broader analytics role with exposure to digital data
  • Good SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Exposure to BigQuery
  • Knowledge of CRO, experimentation, or website optimisation methodologies
