Job summary

Altrad are currently looking for an Adoption Training & Communication Coordinator to join our team based in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will help embed new digital tools, processes and ways of working across Altrad, delivering lasting business change.

You will design and deliver training programmes, create communications, and support users through adoption of new systems. Travel across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or change communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information for operational audiences.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident facilitating workshops and presentations.
• Experience supporting digital or business change programmes.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for helping people embrace change.
• Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops and learning materials.
• Create clear communications that explain digital changes and their business benefits.
• Support users through the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Develop user guides, job aids, videos and learning pathways.
• Coordinate training and communication plans to support project delivery.
• Prepare teams for go-live through readiness sessions and engagement activities.
• Deliver refresher training and measure adoption success.
• Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
