Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is recruiting a Senior Adoption Specialist for our Digital Adoption team in Middlesbrough. You will drive adoption across major digital and ERP deployments, coordinating readiness activities, training and stakeholder engagement to embed new ways of working.

You will partner with Insights and Digital Delivery to ensure solutions are ready for business use, manage risks, and lead change initiatives across multiple regions and business units.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Digital Adoption, Change Management or related disciplines.
Experience leading adoption across complex deployments and Go-Live readiness.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience with ERP adoption and implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption activities across significant digital and business transformation programmes.
Develop and deliver adoption and business readiness plans.
Coordinate training, communications and user engagement ahead of Go-Live.
Support Go-Live and hypercare, embedding new ways of working.
Capture lessons learned and drive continual improvement.
