Job summary

Berkeley Group in Taplow seeks a hands-on Technology Adoption Manager to translate Group IT priorities into practical implementations within BHOC. You will coordinate rollouts, deliver training, and monitor adoption to ensure teams understand and utilise digital tools effectively.

The role involves collaborating with the Operations Board, departmental teams and Group IT to identify opportunities for AI or automation to improve efficiency, reduce admin and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital adoption, business change, training or process improvement.
• Good understanding and passion for technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong coaching and training skills
• Ability to understand how different departments work and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communicator with senior management and operational teams

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of systems, processes and working practices within BHOC departments.
• Identify digital opportunities, priorities and capability gaps with Operations Board and teams.
• Develop and deliver a practical BHOC digital adoption programme aligned with Group IT.
• Act as the link between BHOC and Group IT to maximise use of Group systems, tools, and initiatives.
• Gather requirements and feedback and feed into Group IT for tool and solution improvements.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching and support tailored to roles and needs.
• Help teams use digital and AI tools to simplify processes and improve productivity.
• Coordinate rollout and adoption of new Group IT initiatives within BHOC.
• Build a network of digital champions to share best practices.
• Monitor adoption and report progress to MD and Operations Board.
• Track success measures to shape future priorities.
