The role combines administrative support with driving digital adoption across services, focusing on Microsoft 365 and related technologies to improve ways of working.

Responsibility includes coordinating business support, updating procedures, managing LMS resources, and supporting data requests and budgeting. Hybrid working options are available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business support activities for ICT service, ensuring resilience and continuity.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 features (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, Power Platform).
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to support digital adoption initiatives.
• Maintain LMS resources and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support data requests (FOI) and liaise with third-party ICT providers.
• Assist in budget management and updating ICT procedures and service documentation.
• Provide project and business support for ICT and facilities projects.
