Job summary

Qualifications

• NHS experience in a hospital setting.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support operational management of imaging referrals and reports.
• Work with Service Line Manager, Matron and Clinical Leads to ensure safe patient care.
• Monitor performance against standards and targets (DM01, 28FDS, ED/IP).
• Lead service improvements, transformation and pathway redesign.
• Produce and analyse performance, activity, quality and financial data.
• Assist with budget management and resource use.
• Line manage designated staff including recruitment and performance.
• Support investigations of complaints and incidents with corrective actions.
• Contribute to business planning, policies and procedures.
