NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a Clinical Imaging Manager to lead Radiology services across our region. You will provide visible professional leadership, operational management, and drive service development, workforce planning and governance.

Reporting to the Acute and Diagnostics Directorate, you will manage a substantial budget (£6.5 million) and a large multidisciplinary team across multiple sites, delivering safe, efficient, patient-centred imaging services with digital innovations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography with HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate study in healthcare management or leadership development.
• Experience managing substantial healthcare budgets and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible leadership and operational management across Radiology.
• Manage workforce and budget (£6.5 million) and drive service development.
• Advance digital imaging technologies and AI-enabled solutions within imaging pathways.
• Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R and national standards.
