Job summary

Alliance Medical is seeking a Centre Manager for the new Community Diagnostic Hub at Llantrisant Health Park. You will lead Radiographers, Clinical Assistants and Administrators to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with HIW regulations and company policies.

The role involves managing the opening and ongoing development of the site, overseeing clinical excellence, budgets, and performance targets in collaboration with a clinical lead and support team.

Qualifications

• Must be HIW registered manager with experience leading clinical teams.
• Experience managing budgets and setting performance targets in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of Welsh regulations, HIW and Data Protection.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple services and Welsh systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Radiographers, Clinical Assistants and Administrators to deliver quality patient care.
• Ensure full compliance with HIW regulations, Alliance Medical policies and procedures.
• Oversee opening, development, and ongoing operation of the diagnostic hub.
• Manage site budget, operational performance, and stakeholder relationships.
