Reporting to the Office Manager, you will handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, work as part of a team, and adapt to deadlines with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Arrive patients for clinic appointments and book follow-up visits across multiple systems (PENS, ADT, iPM, etc).
• Monitor waiting lists and liaise with health professionals and service users.
• Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries and provide general office support.
