Enlight10 Ltd is seeking a DFMA Supervisor to run the Skerne Park workshop, turning approved designs into accurate assemblies that arrive on time and ready to install. You will lead a small hands-on team, work on tools when required, and own the quality and flow of every assembly leaving the workshop.

Key duties include planning daily activity, ensuring drawings are followed, and maintaining strict QA/QC with hold points and traceability, while coaching staff and reporting to management.

Competenze

• Essential: proven experience in pipework installation or fabrication.
• Essential: confident reading of drawings, isometrics and schedules.
• Essential: experience of pressure testing and recording results.
• Essential: supervising or leading a small team.
• Essential: good IT skills for reporting, records and email.
• Essential: excellent working knowledge of current building regulations.

Mansioni

• Plan and run daily workshop activity to align with the factory installation programme.
• Build and check assemblies from drawings, schedules and DFMA details.
• Sequence work to ensure timely delivery to factories.
• Maintain workshop organisation for kitting, assembly, testing and dispatch.
• Work on tools alongside the team when needed.
• Lead safe working in the workshop and maintain RAMS.
