Qualifications

• Fabrication or heavy manufacturing experience essential.
• Hands-on quality professional, not just systems and statistics.
• Experience leading a quality team and improving quality at source.
• Strong communication with production and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team.
• Maintain and improve quality systems, procedures and controls.
• Oversee audits, inspections and quality assessments.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and root cause investigations.
• Work closely with production teams to improve product quality and reduce repeat issues.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and support ISO compliance.
• Review quality data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Produce clear quality reporting for senior management.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer quality matters.
• Support continuous improvement activity across the business.
• Ensure quality documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
