Job summary

Osborne Richardson is seeking a technically adept Officer to support a Disabled Facilities Grant and Adaptations service in Staffordshire. You will design and specify adaptations using CAD, manage projects from survey to completion, and liaise with customers, OTs, and contractors.

The role also involves procurement support, tendering, and contractor management with contract administration and monitoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with DFG and housing adaptations.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Knowledge of Schedule of Rates and adaptation costing.
• Contract administration and project management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs and specifications for adaptations using CAD.
• Manage projects from survey through to practical completion.
• Liaise with customers, Occupational Therapists and contractors.
• Support procurement, tendering and contractor management.
• Perform contract administration and project monitoring.
