Job summary

Person Centred Software is seeking a hands-on Devices Team Leader to own device operations, lead a dedicated team and ensure a reliable, high-quality service for customers. The role combines people leadership, technical operations, stock management and customer support.

You will manage workloads, develop your team, maintain device availability and build strong supplier relationships to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team, ideally within technical support or device operations.
• Track record of coaching, supporting and developing colleagues.
• Experience working with handheld devices, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting or repairs.
• Knowledge of stock management, inventory control and supplier coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the Devices Team to deliver a high standard of service.
• Manage workloads, priorities and performance to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Support development through regular feedback, coaching and one-to-ones.
• Oversee device setup, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain stock levels and supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and costs are controlled.
• Handle customer device issues and escalations to resolution.
