What You'll Do

As a Development Technologist, you'll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:

• Working on current innovation and strategy workstreams through liaison with the chefs, new product development team, and the rest of the business.
• Leading new product development meetings and feasibilities, preparing handovers for relevant categories.
• Ensuring all products are costed, deliver target margins, and are approved internally before presentation to customers.
• Supporting the process development team by ensuring projects follow the Gate process and match the customer/business-approved concept.
• Understanding the customer’s new product development strategies, procedures, and structures.

Your work as a Development Technologist will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.

What you will need

We want to set you up for success. For this role, we are looking for the following key skills and experience:

• Degree or equivalent in Food Science (desirable)
• Relevant work experience
• Project Management experience
• Good basic culinary knowledge and awareness of market trends
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
