• Act as the main point of contact for the client’s Asset Manager/Development Manager.
• Design and apply an operating structure for each site’s stage of development.
• Oversee statutory, environmental, and budgetary considerations.
• Assist in oversight of residential managing agents and third parties.
• Support and drive new business opportunities and client relationships.
