Job summary
Anthropic is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to drive development of the Claude Platform frontend and SDKs, partnering with product and design from problem definition through launch. You’ll own engineering standards, architecture, and delivery of complex, developer-facing products across the full stack, including React and TypeScript, while guiding cross-team collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience.
- 2+ years in Staff or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience establishing engineering standards and architectures.
- Led design and delivery of complex developer-facing products across the full stack.
- Product-focused approach to robust, scalable solutions.
- Expertise in modern frontend/backend with React and TypeScript.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and aligns multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction for the Console and docs platform.
- Own SDKs across seven languages and the CLI.
- Set platform patterns and standards used by multiple teams.
- Lead cross-team collaboration to ship high-impact features.
