Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Warehouse & Despatch Administrator in Waterlooville. You will own despatch processes, maintain records in ERP, and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. This standalone role combines admin focus with hands-on warehouse support during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, despatch, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate customer, stock, and shipment records within ERP and business systems.
• Processing orders, shipping documentation, and labels with high accuracy.
• Producing and issuing despatch notes, invoices, Certificates of Conformance, and related documentation.
• Coordinating shipments and proactively managing delivery schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Ensuring full traceability of products through receipting, labelling, and tracking processes.
• Supporting audit requirements by maintaining robust and compliant records.
• Packing and preparing customer orders in line with specifications and quality standards.
• Assisting with warehouse operations during peak periods.
• Helping ensure stock accuracy and smooth despatch activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve despatch processes, warehouse efficiency, and customer service.
• Following Health & Safety, Quality, and Operational procedures.
