Michael Page Business Support is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst based in West Bridgford. The role is full-time and permanent with an opportunity to work from home once per week.

The successful candidate will provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, install and maintain desktop systems, and collaborate with the technology team on upgrades while ensuring security protocols across devices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with IT security practices.
• Can commute to West Bridgford.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with technical queries and resolve them promptly.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop systems and applications.
• Monitor and manage IT equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with the technology team for system upgrades and improvements.
