Qualifications

- Experience with Windows-based desktop environments and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to end users via in-person, phone, email and remote channels.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and printer issues promptly.
- Log and track incidents using the ITSM system and escalate when needed.
- Assist with workstation deployments and asset management across the site.
- Maintain security policies and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives.
