Héroux-Devtek, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an IT Technician for our Runcorn site. You will provide first-line IT support across hardware, software, network and system issues to keep the production environment running smoothly.

The role offers exposure to Microsoft environments, end-user support, asset management, and cybersecurity activities within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Windows-based desktop environments is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-focused service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users at the Runcorn site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and printer issues.
• Log and manage incidents in the ITSM system and escalate when needed.
• Assist with workstation deployments and hardware upgrades.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with IT security policies.
