Job summary

DGH Recruitment in London is representing a client seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line IT support across two London offices. This is a permanent, customer‑facing role with responsibility for delivering a great user experience to staff.

You will administer iPhone fleet via Apple Business Manager and Intune, work with colleagues to share knowledge within Global Service Desk, and engage with staff in person at the Tech Hub.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a professional services environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID and Intune.
• Familiarity with DNS and DHCP configuration.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer the corporate-only iPhone fleet through Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM, including DEP enrolment, supervised device policies, and lifecycle refresh
• Dealing with customers in person at the Tech Hub
• Work with co-workers to increase knowledge across the Global Service Desk team
