Job summary

IG Group in London is seeking a Desktop Services Engineer to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices across the business. You will handle on-site and remote assistance, triage incidents via ServiceNow, and work with global teams to keep trading and corporate users productive.

You will maintain Windows and macOS desktops, manage Active Directory and Entra ID, and assist with AV systems and meeting room technology.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Active Directory in a large org.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS devices and OS builds.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support in London and other locations.
• Triage incidents via ServiceNow and resolve at first contact where possible.
• Manage desktop hardware, software, and device builds.
• Assist with AV systems and meeting room technology.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to improve services.
• Support trading floor and senior stakeholders as needed.
