Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a customer-focused Deskside Support Engineer for a large-scale laptop migration and workplace transformation project in London. You will deliver hands-on, high-touch support to ensure smooth device upgrades and minimal business downtime.

This role requires strong Deskside/EUC support experience and hands-on work with Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM and Entra ID, with on-site availability five days a week. Must be on-site in Central London.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Deskside/EUC support with enterprise rollout/migration experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ManageEngine Desktop Central.
• Solid skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Active Directory/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Device Provisioning: Laptop setup, imaging, profile transfers, post-migration validation (Windows 10/11).
• Deskside Support: Floorwalking, walk-up, and white-glove support post-cutover.
• Troubleshooting: Hardware, M365 app, VPN, network, and printer issues.
