Job summary

My Telecoms' Client in Norwich is hiring Desk Sales Executives to join a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00 office role. You will target local businesses with cold calls to build relationships and drive B2B phone contracts, lease lines and cloud software services.

Starting salary £26,000 with OTE £50,000+ and opportunities for salary progression after targets are met. The role offers a supportive team, regular team events, and a fast-paced commission structure.

Qualifications

• Willingness to make cold calls to local businesses.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, resilience and motivation a must.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to local businesses to open relationships.
• Develop and maintain B2B client relationships.
• Target sales across phone contracts, lease lines and cloud services.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly targets with the bonus structure.

Norwich Office Role- Monday- Friday 0830-1700.

Salary up to £26k depending on experience OTE £50k plus.

Backed by one of the \"Big Four\" Telecoms Giants, my client needs Desk Sales Executives to continue with Growth & Expansion.

Serving Companies across Norfolk and Suffolk they've built a fantastic reputation in the industry.

Products and Services include:

• B2B Phone Contracts
• Lease lines.
• Cloud Software Services.

• You aren't scared of this thingy called a Phone, you are happy to make Cold Calls and get relationships started with local businesses.
• You're coachable, know it alls please don't apply.
• Ideally been in a sales role, some exposure to it and can handle rejection and the no's.

• Exceptional work ethic!

What's in it for you?

Salary starting £26,000

Within 6 months, if targets are hit ability to increase basic salary.

Bonus Structure.

3 targets, one for each product. Hit them unlock a revenue pot, get a percentage.

E.G. £10,000- 10% of this being £1,000

Realistic and achievable OTE £50K plus.
