The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
• Managing kitchen standards, including food safety, health and safety, and financial performance metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, and fostering personal and professional growth.
• Being a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring and considerate approach.
• Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Understanding of financial aspects such as gross profit, stock, and labour management.
• Ability to inspire and engage your team to excel and develop their careers.
