Designate Senior Sous Chef | Birmingham West | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Focuses on creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within the team.
  • Dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
  • Maintains impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Builds a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Is a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
