The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support and coach your team to excel, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

What You Will Do:

• Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
• Manage kitchen standards, including food quality, health and safety, and financial performance such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Foster a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Solve problems proactively and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
