Designate Senior Sous Chef | Birmingham West | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What you will do |

• Create a caring environment where your team feels valued and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
