B&M Retail Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Deputy Store Manager Designate to support stores across the Glasgow area. This is a fast-paced leadership role for an ambitious retail professional.

You will work with Store Managers to drive sales, maintain high standards and deliver excellent customer service, with travel across multiple locations and a clear path to Store Management.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Deputy Store Manager Designate, you'll work alongside Store Managers and leadership teams across your area, helping to drive performance, maintain high operational standards and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of stores across your designated area
• Leading, motivating and developing colleagues to achieve their best
• Driving sales performance through strong commercial awareness
• Ensuring excellent standards of presentation, availability and compliance
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development activities
• Delivering great customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple locations

• Has previous retail management, supervisory or team leadership experience
