Job summary

The Education Network is seeking a dedicated Design Technology Teacher to join a Warwickshire secondary school from September 2026, delivering Food & Nutrition across KS3 and KS4 on a full-time, long-term basis.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment while upholding high expectations for behaviour and attainment. The role requires QTS or eligibility as an ECT and strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is an ECT.
• Experience teaching Design Technology with Food & Nutrition specialization.
• Experience teaching KS3 & KS4.
• Confident delivering practical and theory-based lessons.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Committed to supporting student progress and attainment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons across KS3 and KS4.
