Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Design Quality and System Engineering Manager to lead quality processes across large capital projects in Europe. You will supervise design quality audits, ensure interface management, and drive continuous improvement within the NSE Engineering organization.

Responsibilities include leading a small team of requirements engineers, coordinating procedures with other business units, and promoting the Zero Defect philosophy to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a first degree in an engineering discipline.
• Familiar with quality systems and process auditing, and using techniques for process improvement.
• Experience with project delivery activities on large capital projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and INCOSE systems engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Quality Management across tender and project delivery phases.
• Maintain and develop processes to improve efficiency and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Capture lessons learned and promote best practices across projects.
