Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Automation & Controls Programme Manager within our Power Conversion team to lead cutting-edge automation projects from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and performance across industries and utilities worldwide.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with Product Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver world-class products and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing R&D programs in electrical/electronics or industrial control environments.
• Proficient in formal project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of risk, safety, and lean management.
• Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions.
• Engineering degree or equivalent; PMP/Prince2 valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary programs from concept to deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Lead design reviews and risk management.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Champion continuous improvement and reduce defects.
