Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is working with a large contractor seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team on projects in South West England and South Wales. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and ensure design delivery meets programme, budget, quality and compliance requirements. Location: Bristol/South Wales.

Salary £55,000–£65,000 plus package (DOE). Permanent and Interim considered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Design Manager with a Tier 1 or major main contractor.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects within sectors such as defence, justice, healthcare, education or commercial.
• Strong understanding of design management processes, construction methodologies and current Building Regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND, degree or equivalent) is preferred.
• BPSS Clearance will be required (Can be processed once successful but must be eligible).

Rate/Salary: £55,000-65,000 + package DOE (Day rates also considered for interim position)
