Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Design Manager for a national contractor, based from their Bristol regional office. The role covers the full life cycle from bid to site delivery across education, student, BTR, retail and mixed-use developments in the UK.

The Bristol team recently secured several projects; they are seeking design experts who can contribute to the bid, second stage, and on-site delivery with energetic leadership and a focus on delivering real value for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing design through full life cycle from bid to site.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act helpful for chartered candidates.
• Open to designers who can work across regional schemes in the South West.

Responsibilities

• Work on schemes from bid stages through the detailed 2nd stage, then taking to site and delivering the scheme.
