Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process on allocated projects, ensuring outputs are compliant, deliverable and aligned with client requirements and contract obligations.

You will work with Senior Design Managers, project teams and consultants to deliver integrated, buildable and cost-effective design solutions, manage design programs and resolve interface issues. This role emphasizes risk management, design reviews and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design management or technical coordination within construction or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, building regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in managing consultants and subcontractor design packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production and delivery of design information in line with programme requirements.
• Coordinate the inputs of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve integrated design solutions.
• Develop and manage design programmes, deliverables and reporting.
• Ensure timely resolution of design queries and interface issues across disciplines.
