Design Delivery Manager - Environment

What you will be doing:

The Design Delivery Manager (DDM) will be a key member of the Engineering Management Team. They will be responsible for the successful delivery of engineering services, developing strong interfaces with other Design Delivery Managers, internal clients, and the Engineering Management Team. The DDMs will oversee the time, cost, quality, and utilization of UK-wide core engineering resources, ensuring their outputs, development, and growth. This role is crucial to achieving our strategic engineering objectives.

About You:

• Engineering background with understanding of various engineering disciplines related to project design and delivery
• Design and/or Project Management experience, preferably in the Water industry
• Degree in Engineering (MEng, MSc, BEng, BSc) or relevant Construction, Manufacturing, Project Management, or STEM qualification
• Experience in planning, progress measurement, and change management across all project phases from design to construction, commissioning, and takeover
