I am currently recruiting for an Engagement Manager for a leading ServiceNow Partner. The role involves full project management, including stakeholder management, planning & delivery, budget controls, and resource management. Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates with in-depth ServiceNow experience.

Ideally, candidates should have:

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
• Prince2 certification

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, planning, delivery, and execution
• Managing stakeholders and building client relationships to understand needs, articulate the value of solutions, and maximize revenue opportunities
• Managing colleagues to ensure successful and timely project delivery
• Providing bid support, from preparation to presentation
• Maintaining up-to-date ServiceNow product knowledge and ongoing learning
