Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Manager in Peterborough to lead engagement and consultation for flagship desalination schemes. You will develop strategies, build trust with communities and authorities, and work with technical teams to feed feedback into project design.

The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and experience in regulated infrastructure. Hybrid working and a salary in the £55,000–£65,000 range are offered, with a 12-month fixed

Qualifications

Significant experience leading stakeholder engagement and consultation programmes in complex infrastructure.
Experience with planning and regulatory requirements in major projects.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and mitigate reputational risk.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement activity for a nationally significant infrastructure project.
Develop and deliver engagement strategies aligned to planning and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with communities, local authorities, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Manage engagement delivery partners and external consultants.
Represent Anglian Water at meetings, partnerships and forums.
Support communications to improve public understanding of desalination and water resilience.
