Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Relationship Lead in Peterborough to own a defined portfolio of stakeholder relationships for the Lincolnshire Reservoir Project. You will understand stakeholder interests, coordinate engagement, and ensure alignment with the project programme.

Work closely with technical teams to chair discussions, prepare briefing materials and help shape key DCO outputs. This hands-on role requires strong judgement, organisation and communication, with travel to meet stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships on major infrastructure or development projects.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Strong judgement and political awareness in stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own and proactively manage a defined portfolio of stakeholder relationships.
• Plan and coordinate engagement with stakeholders in line with programme priorities.
• Chair stakeholder discussions and represent the project team where appropriate.
• Develop forward-looking engagement plans and support DCO outputs.
• Identify and manage emerging risks, issues and opportunities with escalation when needed.
• Ensure actions and commitments are tracked to closure and outcomes informed by stakeholder insight.
